Bid Management and Construction

Teladata can serve as the prime on your project or work alongside general contractors and architects to execute a successful audiovisual project. Following the design process, we compile the bid package based on the client needs, conduct a bidder’s conference, evaluate the proposals, and present an award recommendation. Once the vendors are selected, Teladata facilitates an onsite project kick-off meeting with all stakeholders and begins the construction administration process.
