Project Coordinator

Fremont, California (Hybrid)
About the Role
We’re seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers in keeping technology infrastructure projects organized and moving forward. You’ll coordinate, communicate, track, document, follow up, and escalate across every phase of a project, building a foundation in AV, IT, security, high-end residential technology, and workplace construction.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Maintain project schedules, tasks, milestones, and deadlines
- Coordinate meetings and site walks, and prepare agendas, notes, and action-item lists
- Track deliverables, procurement status, and outstanding items through to completion
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinate information between clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Identify schedule risks and missing information, and escalate to the Project Manager
- Support site observations, punch lists, testing, and project closeout
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Organized, with the ability to track deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Takes initiative and owns assignments through completion
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to ask questions
- Able to travel throughout the Bay Area
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Interest in technology, AV, IT infrastructure, security, or workplace construction
- Degree or coursework in a construction, engineering, or business-related field
- Experience involving projects, construction, technology, or consulting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
- Comfort reading drawings, plans, or technical documentation
- Demonstrated leadership through school, work, athletics, or volunteer activities
