Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the sales process: presentations, scoping, resource allocation, and contract closure

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Continuously expand knowledge of AV technology and industry advancements
- Review client AV requirements and define scope with IT and Facilities staff
- Create conceptual designs, ROM budget estimates, RFPs, and “For Construction” documents
- Manage project scope, resources, and timelines throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate AV equipment relocation and infrastructure buildout
- Manage RFIs, change orders, vendor contracts, and client invoices
- Participate in design and construction meetings with clients, architects, and contractors
- Develop project close-out documentation

Required Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years of AV systems, project management, design, and engineering experience
