About the Role
We’re seeking a client-focused Project Manager to lead technology infrastructure projects from initiation through closeout. You’ll balance client relationships, project execution, and business development while driving company growth. This highly collaborative role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, solutions-oriented environments.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for all project stakeholders
- Lead project kickoffs and coordinate deliverables across disciplines
- Manage project resources, budgets, and schedules throughout the project lifecycle
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Develop estimates, scopes of work, and competitive proposals
- Support business development through prospecting and LinkedIn engagement
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Experience supporting or leading business development activities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice-to-Have Skills
- 5+ years of technology infrastructure project management experience
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Sales or business development background
- Experience in design and construction processes

Travel
Regular and frequent travel to local client sites. Out-of-area travel is currently less than 25%.
